How To Take care of Your Pearls?

Pearls are living gems — sensitive to chemicals, heat, and dryness. After wearing, gently wipe them with a soft cloth and store separately to avoid scratches. Keep them away from perfume or cosmetics, and let them rest in a cool, dry place to preserve their natural luster and calming energy. Treat them with care and intention — the more love you give, the more radiant their energy becomes.

Care And Maintenance

-To clean your jewelry, we advise using a soft cloth. when not worn, all jewelry should be protected in the SELFLOW pouch to prevent oxidation. 

-All our jewelry are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

For orders placed before 7:00 AM Beijing Time, we strive to process and ship on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Beijing Time will be processed on the next business day. All packages are shipped from Shanghai, with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during sale events and new collection launches.
